Richard Cummings was educated at Princeton, Columbia Law School and Jesus College Cambridge. The author also of The Pied Piper, he has taught at the Haile Sellassie I University in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and the University of the West Indies in Barbados. He resides in Sag Harbor, New York.
